Site Facilities Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Facilities Coordinator to support a wide range of site services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising contractors, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and guidelines, supporting regulatory excellence, delivering smart solutions across plant and equipment, facilities upgrades, engineering support, and office fit-outs, owning the maintenance schedule, managing logistics, acting as a key warden during emergency system activations, driving project success, championing safety and risk reduction, and monitoring critical infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of safe and reliable operations.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance and vendor management, a trades background or similar, a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, experience in facilities or site services management, good customer service and attention to detail, technical aptitude, and familiarity with maintenance systems.

You will also need to obtain a Security Sensitive Ammonium Nitrate (SSAN) license and a Forklift license.
