At St Vincent's Health Australia, we are seeking a dedicated Senior People Partner to join our team in NSW.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity that allows flexibility to work from home as well as from our locations. The role is based at Heathcote NSW and there will be a requirement to work from other sites across NSW.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Human Resources Business Partner, ideally in Aged Care, Health or Community Care;
  • A genuine alignment to our EVP ethos of "Kindness works for us" as well as engaging others to actively demonstrate kindness in all we do;
  • Strong experience in providing specialist P&C advice and support to leaders across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements, Legislation, Aged Care Quality Standards and Best Practice;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an engaging leadership and relationship building style enabling you to influence, collaborate with and coach key stakeholders on HR Best Practices;
  • Engaging and effective teamwork skills which enable you to build great working relationships, have fun, achieve great outcomes and add value as effective member of our SVCS and SVHA Human Resources teams.

In return, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of around AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum;
