About the Role:

This is an opportunity to work with a leading mental health provider to deliver critical incident response services. The role involves providing emergency response, critical incidents, planned support services, disaster response, and incident support forums.

  • Deliver one-on-one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid and referral pathways.
  • Assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker.
  • Training in Psychological First Aid and registration with the appropriate professional body is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills, report writing skills, and a willingness to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude are required.
