Job Title

A trauma management specialist is required to provide rapid response services to clients during incidents or organisational change.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological support and interventions using trauma-informed approaches.
  • Apply primary intervention models such as Psychological First Aid, stepped care, and referral pathways.
  • Support client organisations during incidents or organisational change and identify themes, recommendations, or internal process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Registered Psychologist or Social Worker with relevant clinical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy experience.
  • Experience in psychosocial interventions, support and counselling; ability to assess workplace issues and provide solution-focused advice to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent time management, report writing, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
  • High-level negotiation and facilitation skills; ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
