Reception Administrator Role

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service as the welcoming face of our campus.

About the Position:

This role involves delivering excellent customer service to students, visitors and staff, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication on course information, enrolment processes, student administration processes and managing student enquiries.

  • Student Management System experience or similar
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including 'Teams'
Essential Qualities:

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and adaptability. A sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, is also essential.

Desirable Attributes:

Candidates with proven RTO administration experience, experience with Government funding and Student Management System experience are highly desirable.
