Grounds Maintenance Support Position

We are seeking an individual to support our grounds maintenance team in maintaining the school campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy environment throughout the campus by performing various tasks such as:

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization on the campus
  • Setting up classrooms and event spaces for school functions and events
  • Delivering sporting equipment to sports fields
  • Performing general maintenance of the grounds and buildings during term breaks

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and pride in their work. They must also be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor with a strong understanding of safe work practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A current Queensland Driver's Licence
  • Be physically fit and able to perform manual labor safely
  • A current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one before commencing work
