Executive Housekeeper Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations.
  • Supervise and support room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Oversee stock control and assist with ordering linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Collaborate with hotel management, front office, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and room readiness.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a housekeeping leadership role (e.g., Housekeeping Supervisor or similar).
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
