Marketing Communications Specialist

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join its team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solutions-focussed creative thinker to produce campaigns and communication across Congress' wide range of programs and services, including health promotion, service promotion, advocacy and recruitment.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing digital channels to promote Congress' brand and services.
This is a full-time, continuous contract position located in Alice Springs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Congress' programs and services
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
- Manage digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop and implement the Communications Strategy
- Provide administrative support to the Communications Manager as required
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a not-for-profit or community organisation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
