We are seeking a dynamic consultant to provide organisational psychology services and deliver high-impact training workshops.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference by designing and delivering evidence-based solutions, conducting psychosocial risk assessments, administering psychometric assessments, and supporting individuals and teams through coaching and supervision programs.
- Design and Deliver Training: Create, deliver, and evaluate clinical-focused training, supervision, and coaching programs for individuals and groups.
- Consulting and Scoping Projects: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to scope and deliver workplace wellbeing and learning projects tailored to their needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with account managers and facilitators to promote programs and achieve high-quality feedback from clients.
- Psychosocial Risk Assessments & Culture Reviews: Conduct assessments and reviews to gain insights into organisational culture and wellbeing, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Psychometric Assessments: Administer psychometric tools to assist in understanding team dynamics and individual capabilities.
- Coaching & Supervision: Offer individual and group coaching and supervision, supporting personal and professional growth.
- Peer Support Programs: Implement and support specialist peer support programs within client organisations.
- Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed reports on program outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback.
You have proven experience in mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors, with a background in organisational psychology or a similar field.
You are a fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred), and you may also hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Coaching Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
- Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors.
- Qualifications: Fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred).
- Consulting & Client Focused: Strong consulting background, with experience in external consulting and working closely with clients.

- Evaluation & Insights: Skilled at evaluating training courses and programs, using feedback and data to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Contemporary Techniques: Deep knowledge of contemporary training techniques and passion for delivering best-in-class learning solutions.
