  • Psychometric Assessments: Administer psychometric tools to assist in understanding team dynamics and individual capabilities.
  • Coaching & Supervision: Offer individual and group coaching and supervision, supporting personal and professional growth.
  • Peer Support Programs: Implement and support specialist peer support programs within client organisations.
  • Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed reports on program outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback.
About You

You have proven experience in mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors, with a background in organisational psychology or a similar field.

You are a fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred), and you may also hold a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Coaching Accreditation (desirable but not essential).

  • Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in mental health or psychological health and wellbeing sectors.
  • Qualifications: Fully registered Psychologist or Social Worker with AHPRA (preferred).
  • Consulting & Client Focused: Strong consulting background, with experience in external consulting and working closely with clients.
  • Training & Content Design: Experience in developing and designing evidence-based training content that caters to diverse learning styles and audiences.
  • Public Speaking & Facilitation: Exceptional public speaking skills and confidence in group facilitation.
  • Evaluation & Insights: Skilled at evaluating training courses and programs, using feedback and data to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Contemporary Techniques: Deep knowledge of contemporary training techniques and passion for delivering best-in-class learning solutions.
