Clinical Pharmacist Job Description

Our organisation seeks a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical services to patients and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medication, supervising technical staff, and providing medicines information and education services.

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospital and clinical pharmacy is required.
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of current clinical pharmacy practice is essential.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Pharmacist with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
  • A minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree is required.
  • Ongoing professional development in pharmacy or health-related fields is expected.
  • Strong communication and liaison skills are necessary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.
