Unlock Your Potential as a Data Science Intern

We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and curious individual to join our data science team as an intern. As a data scientist, you'll be part of a cross-functional team that leverages people science to drive business outcomes.

About the Role

This is a 3-month internship program designed to give you hands-on experience in data science and prepare you for a career in tech. You'll work on real-world projects, collaborate with talented data scientists, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and tools.

  • Tackle challenging data-driven problems and explore solutions to inform feature development within your team.
  • Collaborate with other scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software engineers in your team.
  • Work with product managers and designers to understand customer needs and help develop, refine, and implement solutions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation around research findings and recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data science, statistics, or mathematics, and be eager to learn and grow with our team. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and excellent communicators.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is currently working toward a degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics (or a related STEM field) and expects to complete it within the next year.
  • Is self-motivated and can work independently, taking initiative to ensure they have everything needed to work efficiently and call for support when required.
  • Is curious, has a growth mindset, and is willing to embrace challenges.
  • Is willing to learn to work with the required scientific packages that we use to answer research questions and develop prototypes.
  • Is a proactive and clear communicator, valuing empathy and kindness, and able to articulate ideas and feelings when writing or speaking.
  • Aligns with our values and demonstrates them through their working practice.
