Enterprise Sales and Customer Growth Professional

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales and Customer Growth Professional to join our team at Freshworks Inc. This individual will be responsible for driving growth within our existing customer base. They will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to expand their use of our platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of growing existing customer accounts through both relationship management and proactive selling. They will be comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to think commercially about how customers can benefit from expanding their use of our platform.
This role requires someone who can balance nurturing relationships with internal teams—customer success, implementation, billing, and support—to give customers a great experience. The successful candidate will own their sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets.
