About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team of educators. As a key member of our Pastoral Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and pastoral needs of our students, staff, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to lead a professional team in providing outstanding support and care to our students, particularly Stage 4 Year Coordinators, pastoral teams, and students.
  • Collaborate closely with the College Principal to implement the vision and mission of the school, fostering growth in faith and improvement in learning for students.
  • Support the College Leadership Team in conducting and organizing the school, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • A strong ability to promote and embed the school's values in pastoral programs and practices.
  • An excellent grasp of contemporary approaches to student well-being and management.
  • The capacity to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively with staff, developing a positive, innovative approach to support students with challenging behaviours.
