Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with medical and veterinary staff, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication with medical/vet staff, both onsite and off-site
  • Answering enquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, pathology/vet pathology results assistance
  • General administration duties
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Liaising with laboratory staff
Requirements:
  • Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
  • Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
  • A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus and general office skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
