Regional Director Position

This senior leadership opportunity will involve guiding, developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the North West NSW region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sustain and expand the North West NSW market through proactive engagement with clients and a visible presence in the local area.
  • Lead and deliver projects of varying sizes, utilising GHD's broader network to achieve results.
  • Support a small team of professionals based in the North West NSW region, building the team's size and capabilities to support regional growth and deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • The ability to work proactively with clients to secure and deliver work.
  • Experience leading projects or teams, with proven technical leadership, particularly in mentoring and developing teams.
  • A willingness to learn through experimentation and experience, seeking opportunities for growth and challenging new conditions.
