Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our operations in North West NSW, based out of our Tamworth office.

This leadership role will involve creating and maintaining strong client relationships, realising business opportunities, providing technical expertise, overseeing projects, bids, and pursuits, and mentoring team members.

  • Foster growth and sustainability of the North West NSW market through proactive client engagement and active presence in the local market.
  • Lead and deliver multidisciplinary projects leveraging our broader network.

You will bring to this role:

  • Ability to work closely with clients to win and deliver projects. You must be comfortable taking on a key representative role for our organisation in a regional setting.
  • Capacity to lead client management and winning project activities.
  • Proven experience leading projects or teams, particularly in technical leadership, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Strong ability to learn through experimentation and experience, seeking innovative ways to grow and adapt to new conditions.
About This Role

As Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our North West NSW operations forward. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional services and meet their evolving needs.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Sustaining and growing the North West NSW market through proactive engagement and presence in the local area.
  • Leading and delivering small, medium, and large-scale multidisciplinary projects, leveraging our extensive network.
