Job Title:

Data and AI Practice Lead

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role combining work from home, office, and client site as needed.

  • Lead practice utilisation and profitability.
  • Sales engagement including vendor management, pre-sales, strategy input and execution
  • Delivery Management and Technical Delivery as required.
  • Manage a team of approx 20 Data and AI Specialists in Perth and Adelaide.

As part of the leadership team, uphold our core values and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the practice strategy and execute a business plan aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure high satisfaction among teammates and clients.
  • Involved in delivery management and technical delivery as required.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading a Data and AI practice within an IT services organisation.
  • Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
  • Business development and pre-sales experience.
  • Experience managing profit and loss.
