Job Overview

This role oversees the management of equipment under long-term agreements, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Fleet Manager will work closely with regional operations to maintain high service standards and foster strong relationships with customers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to senior leadership and providing commercial support for financial decisions.
  • Maintaining open communication with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services using established processes and technology.

The Fleet Manager will also be responsible for monitoring equipment health, documenting actions and resolutions, and promoting best practices to improve overall efficiency.

They will review and implement service bulletins, maintain accurate records of engine history, and optimize overhaul schedules based on operational data.

The Fleet Manager will analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct remote troubleshooting, generate concise reports for customers, and maintain a document management system.

Additionally, they will participate in safety programs, incident reviews, and workplace hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in commercial support and liaison roles.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Experience with fleet management software and systems, including InSight System and document management tools.
