We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 and 2 helpdesk support
  • Implement and maintain Active Directory and group policy
  • Develop and implement cloud technologies using Azure and M365
  • Support and maintain VOIP systems using 3CX
  • Perform onsite visits and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, routing, and switches
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Azure / M365)
  • Experience with VOIP - 3CX (support and maintain)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
