
Enhancing Student Experience through Dedicated Service

We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, addressing concerns and providing accurate information with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall student experience by providing efficient and professional support throughout their academic journey.
- Manage student records meticulously, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes such as enrolment, orientation, and graduation, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Assist students with navigating university systems, procedures, and resources, offering guidance and support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector. Proficiency in student information systems (e.g. RTO Manager, CRM) and Microsoft Office suite is also required.
Proficient candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to students.
The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing efficient processes.
Performing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.
