Job Title: Senior Service Operations Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will lead a team of service technicians, overseeing the daily activities and ensuring customer service and repair jobs are completed on time, to a high standard and within budget. They will allocate workloads, set priorities and monitor progress to achieve service targets, while maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead, coordinate and support the daily activities of the Service & Repairs team.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Safety SOPs, company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Team Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive, engaged and accountable team culture where staff are motivated and supported.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor or senior technician role within a service, repair or maintenance environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and engage teams.
  • Solid understanding of repair and service operations including resource allocation and workflow planning.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and SOPs with demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
