Job Description

The Senior Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a large-scale customer support team to ensure work is completed effectively in support of the organisation's objectives and meets the customer need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage human resource activities for the customer support team including workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders by fostering an approachable, encouraging, and supportive culture.
  • Champion and provide effective high-priority incident management using industry best practice and service management (ITIL) principles.
