About the Role:- This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- You will work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Environmental cleaning, including bathrooms, toilets, and specialized areas.
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Cleaning in specialized areas, such as laboratories and operating theaters.
- Waste removal, linen transportation, and manual handling.
- Internal and external detailed cleaning, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Project and unscheduled ad-hoc cleaning, responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Able to undertake physical work, including lifting, carrying, and manual handling, with attention to safety and well-being.
- A 'Can Do' attitude, with the capability to problem-solve and troubleshoot, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Basic to intermediate computer/digital skills, with proficiency in software and systems relevant to the role.
