As a seasoned expert in Identity & Access Management, you will be responsible for leading our advisory practice and driving business growth.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, business operations, and delivery teams, to achieve your goals.

  • Develop and execute plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Identity & Access Management domain with a proven track record of managing an identity practice and teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive business growth and build relationships.
  • Ability to understand client security requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver high-quality results.
