About the company A global financial services organisation Excellent collaborative, diverse and supportive culture About the role Newly created contract role, initial contract till the end of the year with high chance of extension.
The main project in flight is focused on PCI-DSS standards - both uplift and maintenance for an acquisition the broader business has made.
Outside of this, there is an ongoing broad modernisation and transformation program covering cloud migration, cyber security readiness, data platform migration amongst others.The role requires non-technical stakeholder engagement and includes architectural design reviews and general assurance touching on third-party risk and some aspects of GRC.Culture / Benefits Hybrid setup from their Sydney office Significant uplift happening in security, multiple projects in flight Work on a broad range of projects and systems Duties Act as the security project lead Technical focus on PCI-DSS for the initial project Review architecture documentation Provide broad security advisory across cloud, data, readiness etc.
Engage with internal stakeholders Mentor junior security consultants Skills and experience Prior experience in a lead role Broad knowledge of security consulting, architecture, and technologies Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal Industry certifications are highly regarded.
