About the role

Weare looking for an Associate Systems Engineer (Desktop Technician) with a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first and second-level support for desktop-related issues
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components on desktops and laptops
  • Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades
  • Monitoring and managing desktop security, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
  • Working closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of desktop systems with other infrastructure components
  • Taking service desk calls as needed.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Essential: Current active Government Security clearancewith ability to obtain and maintain high-level clearance
  • Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the willingness to seek assistance when neede
