Job Description

About the role

As a Digital Support Officer, you will play a crucial part in driving the adoption of digital systems. Your primary responsibility will be to support the creation and management of digital tools, content, and processes.

You will work closely with our team to plan and implement content creation, functionality, processes, and systems across all digital platforms, including websites and intranets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to users for managed digital systems and internal systems.
  • Providing guidance on technology, data, and digital assets.
  • Assisting in digital asset management, user access, and subscription management.
  • Supporting website development, maintenance, and system integration.
  • Supporting internal and external digital engagement processes, including projects and campaigns.
  • Assisting with the protection of systems and data from security threats in line with policies.

You will be an integral part of the testing process for digital transformation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. You should also have demonstrated knowledge in data reporting and social media tools, as well as excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite programs.

A person with experience in helpdesk service management ticketing systems to interact with end users is preferred. You should also possess high-level problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve and minimize technical issues.
