Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work in Innisfail, Australia. As a key member of the interprofessional primary care team, you will practice independently at full scope, focusing on seniors health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support older adults and their caregivers through life transitions
  • Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments and develop patient-centered care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care and develop programs for community-based care
Requirements:
  • Active Practice Permit with CARNA
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • 3-5 years' experience in nursing
  • Community-based care experience is an asset
  • Geriatrics experience preferred
