We are seeking an experienced and skilled Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work in primary care, focusing on the health and well-being of older adults.

">Requirements:
  • Active Practice Permit with CARNA
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • 3-5 years' experience in nursing, preferably in community-based care
  • Knowledge of dementia and cognitive impairment, following current best practice guidelines
  • Client-focused orientation with a commitment to quality service delivery
