Strategic Business Analyst Role

We seek an experienced Strategic Business Analyst to play a critical role in driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement across our asset management function.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in developing financial models and reporting tools. They will also have expertise in process improvement initiatives and project coordination.

About the Position
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and reporting experience with involvement in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Developed financial models and supported business cases, funding submissions, and scenario analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Lead or support cross-functional reviews and initiatives to improve workflows, track milestones, and coordinate stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or operations, preferably in housing, property, or asset management sectors.
  • Expertise in leveraging advanced Excel for financial modelling, complemented by practical experience in creating data visualisations and conducting month-end reporting using Power BI and dashboard tools.
  • Success in process improvement initiatives and providing effective project support.

This is a fixed-term contract position that can be based at our office or undertaken remotely. The recruitment process may include interviews and other forms of assessment. Appointment is subject to pre-employment screening, including reference checks and National Police Checks.
