Key Responsibilities
  • Establish communication between the multidisciplinary team and other relevant staff.
  • Work with residents' families to keep them informed about clinical issues.
  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the team through mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Current nursing registration with a professional body.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse in aged care.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • The ability to supervise, delegate and work collaboratively.
  • Post graduate study in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
