
Business Development Professional

As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for selling products in an agreed portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets at minimum cost. Your key responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence, dealing with customer queries, and maintaining good relationships with all staff.
The role also involves seeking new business, attending conferences and trade displays, and maintaining regular input and reporting within Salesforce. Some theatre work will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets at minimum cost.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and provide excellent service.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade displays as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales is essential.
- Experience selling similar products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
- A strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with clients is crucial.
- A proven track record in developing a profitable sales territory is necessary.
