Description:
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our data centre facilities, ensuring the safety and security of employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate security personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address security threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure security controls are effective and up-to-date
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security operations management, preferably in a data centre or IT environment
- Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
