We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Associate to join our Retail Claims team in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. As a Claims Associate, you will work collaboratively with Case Consultants and other support services to provide administrative assistance and manage low-risk cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence within SLAs;
  • Process payments in line with authorization and recommendation of the Case Consultant;
  • Request and follow-up outstanding client documentation and information;
  • Classify, manage, and complete new mail items from workflow systems within agreed SLAs;
  • Manage and process re-opening requests of client claims;
  • Schedule meetings/appointments with third-party stakeholders;
  • Manage a portfolio of low-risk cases.
About You

We are looking for a strong administrative professional with experience supporting team members and a customer-driven approach. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to meet deadlines, and multitask/prioritize tasks.
