We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Community Health team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of clients and their families.

  • This role involves providing safe, evidence-based care across home visits, clinics, and outreach settings.
  • You will be responsible for delivering wound care, continence management, medication administration, and palliative support.
  • Your key responsibility will be to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to support their independence, wellbeing, and confidence in managing their health.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2). You should also have qualification approved by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia for administration of medication (including intravenous administration).
