Lead the development of a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a holistic ICT strategy that drives digital transformation initiatives in a federal government environment.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise artefacts such as capability models, technical landscapes, and ICT roadmaps to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish and promote architecture governance principles to ensure consistent and scalable ICT practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to embed architecture into delivery processes.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance on ICT capability uplift and solution design to support business growth.
  • Coach teams in applying architecture best practices across projects and programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in complex government environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Zachman.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into practical architecture deliverables that meet business needs.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide frameworks, roadmaps, and capability planning to drive organizational success.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to coach teams and embed architecture thinking into delivery and governance processes.
