Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Inbound and Outbound to join our team at Lotte Duty Free. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, scheduling, loading, and unloading of all inbound and outbound deliveries, while adhering to our OH&S policy and procedures.
This role will see you:
- Comprehend and follow OH&S policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage all DC inbound and outbound transport movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Load and unload vehicles safely, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, stores, and the Support office to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update transportation systems and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with transport providers to resolve any delivery queries and issues, and arrange the most optimal transport provider for deliveries and stock transfers.
- Work cohesively within a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and freight data to assist with transport and budgeting processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- A current forklift license, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in an efficient manner while maintaining site safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and communicate with drivers, stores, and the Support office.
