We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Inbound and Outbound to join our team at Lotte Duty Free. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring all inbound and outbound deliveries are planned, scheduled, loaded, and unloaded while adhering to our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend and follow OH&S policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage all DC inbound and outbound transport movements, including coordinating with drivers, stores, and the Support office to ensure timely delivery.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, stores, and the Support office to resolve any delivery queries or issues.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update transportation systems and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Arrange timeslots for pick-up and delivery requirements, including interacting with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Liaise with transport providers to resolve any delivery queries or issues.
  • Arrange and book the most optimal transport provider for deliveries and stock transfers.
  • Work cohesively within a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and freight data to assist with transport and budgeting processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Current forklift license and a strong understanding of OH&S regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining site safety requirements.
  • Team-oriented and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, stores, and the Support office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
