Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the Nominated Supervisor to implement a holistic approach to the care and development of children
  • Support the development of children's self-awareness, social skills, and emotional intelligence
Requirements
  • ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Blue Card/WWCC
  • High-level knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Recent experience in leading a team of educators
