Education Leader Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Education Leader.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for making a valuable contribution to quality improvement processes through involvement in departmental orientations, facilitating clinical competence programs, and regular in-services.
You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs, facilitate clinical competence programs and regular in-services, while delivering strong strategic direction and leadership.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly organized health professional with the following skills and experience:
- Registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 4 years post-registration experience
- Previous experience in an Educator or Facilitator role
- Hold or be working towards your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Completion of a preceptorship program
- Exceptional time management skills
- Sound computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite
