Strategic Care Leader

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, drive cultural change, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of aged care principles, policies, and best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Decision-Making: Proven capacity to make informed decisions, balance competing priorities, and drive business growth.
  • Registration: Registration as a Registered Nurse is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Commissioning Experience: Previous experience in commissioning would be highly valued.
