Digital Learning Expert

As a Digital Learning Expert at Chisholm Institute of TAFE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital learning experience for our students. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop bespoke courseware content that integrates best eLearning practices.
- Participate in team coordination for development projects and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Lead and coordinate the transition and development of units and courses, integrating educational technology across Chisholm.
- A relevant degree or diploma in business, IT project management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and educational technologies for optimum student and teacher engagement.
- Experience in Moodle course administration, design, and course-level troubleshooting.
- Experience training and assessing vocational qualifications or outcome-based learning programs.
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong IT skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems and educational technology.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
