Job Title: Safety, Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our dynamic team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).

Job Description

The Safety, Quality and Governance Specialist will provide leadership and coordination for the safety and quality program for Public Health services in NMHS. They will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective clinical governance systems and processes for Public Health services.

The successful candidate will also facilitate audit processes to monitor compliance with relevant healthcare policy, regulations, and legislative requirements. They will support the development of safe, evidence-based clinical practice improvement programs and other initiatives.

In addition, they will provide advisory support and expert guidance in the implementation of the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards across the Public Health service.
