We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Park Team Member during the festive season. As a key member of our services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers and retailers.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide traffic management and navigational assistance during busy periods in the car park, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
  • Maintain the car park's physical condition to a high standard, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident and friendly individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provisional license (Manual/Auto) and availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
