Job Description

The EUC Ops Manager is accountable for the operational delivery of services. This includes ensuring effective delivery of end-to-end services, direct management of resources, proactive monitoring of quality and client satisfaction, front-end leadership in crisis, and management of key risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of services in line with SLAs and contractual commitments.
  • Management of run resources dedicated to the account.
  • Proactive monitoring of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Leadership in crisis situations and management of day-to-day escalations.
  • Driving communication on all major incidents.
  • Management of key risks and operational issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in operations management.
  • Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of financial and contract management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
