Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our Brewery Kitchen Team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality food products and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining strict standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to local health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Managing food orders and menu items efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining precise stock control and rotation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A qualification in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven qualification in commercial cookery, preferably in a brewery environment.
  • A working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles.
  • An appreciation for quality seasonal produce and sound consumption planning.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 AUD per annum, plus superannuation, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
