We're seeking an ambitious and creative chef ideally with Hotel experience to assist and support our Executive Chef and the wider kitchen team. Someone who can uphold all standards and take the lead to ensure service demands are met. You'll have great variety in your role servicing Sen5es restaurant, Fenians Irish pub, assisting our banquet chef when required and room service.
- Lead team members by setting a positive example.
- Assist Executive Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.
- Work closely with food and beverage team.
- Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost / stock control.
- Works with and co-ordinates the work of apprentices, cooks and stewarding team in the preparation and production of food as required.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and identify existing skills and potential, ensuring development of kitchen team members.
- Paid in region of $80,000 per annum

- Previous Hotel experience desired
- Experience as Junior Sous Chef looking for that next step, or a current Sous Chef seeking a new challenge
