**Job Role Overview:**
The Production Trainer plays a vital role in ensuring the competency of the workforce through assessment, auditing, and tracking. This position involves performing certified Front Line Barrier Management trainer assessor and internal verifier roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, conduct, coordinate, and improve training materials for Technicians, Apprentices, Trainees & Contractors.
- Identify training needs and learning opportunities using previous experience / gap analysis tools and implement an individual training plan to address learning gaps.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the learning pathway aligns with Technician competence requirements.
- Continuously improve training material ensuring capturing of lessons learned.
This role requires occasional travel to offshore facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Direct experience in the operations of an LNG, gas processing, complex hydrocarbon facility or similar experience gained on a Major Hazards Facility.
- Experience as a panel operator preferred to support the Operating Training Simulator.
- Proficient communicator able to engage with key stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to coach and mentor less experienced members of the workforce.
- Ability to identify gaps in process and provide practical solutions that can deliver continuous improvement.
