Workshop Operations Coordinator

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the workshop, fostering a collaborative environment with leaders and key stakeholders to drive business objectives forward.

This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working effectively within a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll records and daily activity reports/work orders in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
  • Providing administrative support to the workshop team
  • Performing other tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office administration
  • Current Queensland driver's license
  • White card certification for construction industry work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software applications
  • Experience providing efficient administrative support to teams and leaders
  • Knowledge of the civil construction industry (a desirable asset)
