Job Opportunity

A highly experienced and skilled Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of large-scale education and apartment projects.

About the Role

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

  • Manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
  • Implement and enforce WHS policies and procedures across the site.
  • Monitor construction programs, identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and alignment.
  • Oversee quality control, inspections, and defect rectification.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a positive site culture that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Lead large, diverse teams to deliver complex projects to successful completion.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial projects in the $30M–$80M range.
  • Experience with delivering education and/or apartment construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and program delivery.
